The FBI has an ongoing investigation of potential “pay to play” at the Clinton Foundation. The FBI seems to have ceased its investigation of Clinton’s official email, if the one right before her election LOSING for three days - actually happened at all. One can but wonder HOW all the agents could have been emailed the divided up 650,000 emails AND still accomplished this in only a few days.

Immediately after Trump's amazing victory over Clinton, the president-elect praised Clinton’s campaign and public service but kept the banter on a positive note, not mentioning anything else.
Then in answer to questions about prosecuting Clinton during the Trump administration, two Trump "people" rumored to be under consideration to be the next attorney general (AG) seemed to suggest a "fergitaboutit" (like all the other newly elected presidents) in TV interviews of November.

Chris Christie, the New Jersey Governor and tey another former U.S. attorney, stated about Trump and Clinton on NBC:

On nationwide TV, FBI Director James Comey opted against recommending charges against Clinton in July of 2016, but said Hillary Clinton acted recklessly in sending and receiving classified information on the nonsecure system.
(This DUFUS activity is supposed to be a crime as well. And "I did not know what I was doing or I did not know I was breaking the law -- is no excuse.)
When 52 House members in May of 2016, asked IRS Commissioner John Koskinen to investigate the Clinton Foundation to determine if it was abiding by the rules of a legitimate tax-exempt charity.
Hmm - one might even WONDER if the IRS Commissioner John Koskinen gave a JANITOR a clip-board and a day off - to investigate the Clinton Foundation.
In July, perhaps after someone said," Do you REALLY think Kosinen will "take a chance like that?" so 64 House members asked the IRS, FBI, and Federal Trade Commission to look into the foundation. The FTC has a bit of regulatory authority over nonprofits.
In a July 15 letter by 64 House Republicans to the IRS, FBI and Federal Trade Commission (FTC)., charged that the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation with “public corruption” calling the foundation “lawless.
Rep. Marsha Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican is the vice chairwoman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, which oversees FTC. The FTC regulates public charities alongside the IRS. She led the initiative.
The lawmakers charged the Clinton Foundation is a “lawless ‘pay-to-play’ enterprise operating under a low percentage "thin veneer" of philanthropy for years and should be investigated.”
Indeed, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen did answer on July 22, “We have forwarded the information you have submitted to our Exempt Organizations Program in Dallas.”
This branch of the IRS is the Exempt Organization Program division that regulates the operations of public foundations and charities. It is the same identical division that former IRS official Lois Lerner headed when she "put a bull's eye" on hundreds of conservative, evangelical and tea party non-profit applicants illegally singled out and harassed by tax officials.
The U.S.Congress is to continue inquiries it began into the Clinton Foundation, the email multi-faceted travesty, and questions about potential political interference in the FBI’s investigation of the private server as evidenced by Bill Clinton's "meeting with the DOJ head, Loretta Lynch" who just happened to owe him a favor" and just happened to be announced by Hillary Clinton later as her AG. This"IN YOUR FACE-ism" is very "aggravating" for people following this who are all too aware that "activity" is corrupt.
